The Student Self-Government of the University of Sport is a body that allows students to actively participate in student life. Its goal is to promote the protection of students’ rights, strengthen their connection with the administration and teachers, and create a platform where students can implement their own initiatives and ideas.
Main activities
- Student Representation: Student Government represents the interests of students in university bodies, such as the Academic Council, the Administration, and other committees. They work to implement changes that are favorable to students, such as improving learning conditions, introducing new programs, etc.
- Cultural and Social Events: Student Government is actively involved in organizing various cultural, sports, and social events at the university. These include University Day, sports tournaments, concerts, panels, and various festivals, which help to build new relationships and fully integrate into student life.
- Student Assistance: Student Government assists students in various issues, including study conditions, assistance at the end of the semester, both with master’s theses and with midterm and final exams. They can also provide social and psychological support to students.
- Projects and Initiatives: Student Government actively implements various projects and initiatives aimed at the development of the university and students. These can be various types of educational trainings, social projects, etc.
- Student Communication: Student Government is responsible for the dissemination of student activities and information. They ensure that all students are informed about university news, events, and other important issues.
