Lali Akhaladze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Biology and Geography, with a degree in Biology.
During her student years, she was an active member of the Abkhazian division of the Green Society of Georgia and participated in events and student scientific conferences organized by the Green Movement.
In 1995, she graduated with honors from the Sokhumi Branch of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Biology and Geography, specializing in Biology, and earned the qualification of Biologist and Teacher of Biology and Chemistry.
From 2003 to 2006, she studied at the postgraduate department of the Ivane Beritashvili Institute of Physiology, specializing in Human and Animal Physiology under the supervision of Professor Mikheil Kananashvili.
In 2004, she graduated with honors from Zaza Phanasqerteli Medical College as a general nurse.
In 2008, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation in Normal Physiology and was awarded a PhD in Biology.
From 1995 to 2019, she worked as a teacher of Normal Anatomy and Physiology at Zaza Phanasqerteli Medical College.
From 1999 to 2008, she was a lecturer at the Department of Normal Anatomy at Zaza Phanasqerteli Medical University.
From 2002 to 2005, she worked at the same university as head of the Bologna Declaration Working Group and head of the Quality Assurance Office.
From 2005 to 2007, she served as an Assistant Professor at Tbilisi Secular University “Metekhi” at the Department of Human Normal Anatomy and Physiology.
Since 2012, she has been a visiting professor at the Faculty of Education Sciences of Sokhumi State University.
Since 2014, she has been an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the State University of Sport of Georgia.
Lali Akhaladze is an active researcher. Her interests include the effects of psychogenic stress on behavioral reactions, metabolism, and adaptive indicators. She also studies forms of stress and anxiety in early childhood and school-aged children, the specifics of child development, teaching methodologies, and engagement challenges.
She participates in both international and national grant projects, as well as in international and national scientific congresses and forums.
She is the author of around 45 scientific publications, including two monographs.
