This file is the university’s action plan for 2025–2026. It includes six main areas, each with specific goals, activities, deadlines, responsible parties, performance indicators, and potential risks. The content is as follows:
- Institutional Development and Management System Improvement; Expanding international cooperation and strengthening exchange programs; deepening relationships with employers; refining the monitoring of management effectiveness and funding systems; developing internal quality assurance mechanisms; attracting foreign students and academic staff; and raising the university’s public profile.
- Educational Program Development; Accrediting new and existing programs; introducing innovative teaching methods and developing a distance learning platform; internationalizing programs (English-language courses); creating joint and lifelong learning programs; and strengthening the academic integrity policy.
- Promotion of Research and Creative Activities; Funding and encouraging scientific research projects; involving students in research; developing the research competencies of staff; promoting an increase in citations in Scopus; and developing international scientific exchange programs.
- Student Support and Increased Engagement; Providing career planning services and establishing an alumni association; strengthening student self-governance; supporting creative and artistic activities; implementing social support mechanisms; and offering lifelong learning courses.
- Personnel Management and Development; Developing a system for the selection and evaluation of academic staff; attracting young professionals; and enhancing staff qualifications, including English language training.
- Development of Material, Information, and Financial Resources; Constructing a new campus and renovating the infrastructure; strengthening the scientific and technical base for teaching; developing electronic services and the university website; improving the library, recreational spaces, and infrastructure for people with disabilities; providing student dormitories and finding additional teaching spaces.
